Author the plugin working tree, publish a versioned release, and helpers will pull it from
/api/plugin/update.
Upload a new opela-helper.exe below — publishes stage it as
opela-helper.exe.new so existing helpers pick it up.
Drag & drop files or a whole folder into the tree. Folder structure is preserved under the current path.
Version must match the helper Cargo version (currently 1.4.4).
The next plugin publish will ship this binary to users.
Live JSON the plugin can fetch from /api/plugin/config without a code update.
